My sister-in-law asked me what we’re eating for dinner now that the weather is warming up. Remember that feeling you had in the fall when the scents of chilies and stews welcomed you to dinner and warmed your heart, soul and belly? Does the same food just seem too heavy and lacking in texture to you these days? Isn’t it wonderful that when it begins to warm up and bulbs bloom, leaves unfurl, and buds appear on grey branches we crave all foods colorful and crunchy?
